A collaborative, mission-driven law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (3–6 years) to join its growing transactional practice focused on complex commercial development and multifamily housing transactions, including intricate, multi-layered affordable housing deals.

What You’ll Do

You will play a key role in structuring and executing commercial and multifamily real estate transactions, including:

  • Property acquisitions and dispositions
  • Joint venture and development agreements
  • Construction and permanent financing transactions
  • Complex affordable housing deals involving layered financing structures
  • Coordinating diligence and supervising deal team members
  • Drafting and negotiating core transaction documents

You will be entrusted with meaningful responsibility and encouraged to take ownership of deal components while working closely with experienced partners.

Who You Are
  • 3–6 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Experience representing owners and developers of commercial or multifamily assets
  • Significant involvement in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, and financing transactions
  • Affordable housing experience is a plus (not required)
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Confident drafting and editing skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and supporting deal execution
