Key Responsibilities Managing a high-volume litigation caseload from pleadings through motion practice Drafting and arguing motions, discovery, and other law & motion matters Conducting in-depth legal research and writing
Required Qualifications California licensed attorney in good standing Strong background in civil litigation (plaintiff or defense) Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines without daily supervision Tech-savvy and able to work efficiently in a remote setting
