A company is looking for a Sr. Liability Trial Attorney to join their Staff Legal Team in the Austin or San Antonio area.
Key Responsibilities Represent commercial insureds in moderate to high exposure General Liability cases Conduct all aspects of insurance defense including legal analysis, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation Mentor less experienced attorneys and provide leadership and training within the organization
Required Qualifications Juris Doctor and 7 or more years of litigation experience Member of the Texas State Bar in good standing
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Lexis, or Westlaw Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense litigation Relevant first chair jury trial experience is preferred
