A company is looking for an Associate Attorney with a background in Mortgage to join their legal practice in Westchester, IL.
Key Responsibilities Attending court hearings in several counties throughout the state Managing files and monitoring cases to ensure deadlines are met Document preparation and review, including drafting responses and legal research
Required Qualifications 1+ years of practicing law Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university Must be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois Licensed in federal court or willing to obtain licensure at the firm's expense
Experience with foreclosure and bankruptcy processes is preferred
