A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to manage litigation and provide leadership in insurance defense.
Key Responsibilities Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively with the team
Required Qualifications JD from an ABA approved school Active bar license in the State of Texas 8+ years of litigation experience, with significant civil litigation and trial experience Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities and insurance defense matters Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and staff
