Required Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in a top-tier law firm or technology company Active member of a state bar in good standing Significant experience in corporate governance, privacy, and government contracting Strong drafting skills for various commercial agreements
