A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Attorney to serve as the primary in-house legal resource for commercial contracting and governance.
Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of various agreements, including MSAs and vendor contracts Oversee legal entity maintenance and compliance for multiple subsidiary brands Provide legal guidance on routine matters and support M&A transactions and compliance activities
Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 4-9+ years of relevant legal experience In-house experience at a technology, MSP, SaaS, or services-based company is highly desired
Experience with M&A diligence and corporate governance
