Title: Senior Employment Litigation Attorney/Partner
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $200K-$250K base + Commission Forfeiture Signing Bonus + Commission on Settlements
Work Schedule: On-Site Monday through Thurs, Remote Friday 9am-6pm
Position Type: Permanent/Direct-Hire
OverviewPremier NYC plaintiff employment law firm seeks experienced Senior Attorney or Partner Level Attorney who can lead a small team Associate Attorney and Paralegal.
Responsibilities- Oversee small team in high volume plaintiff side litigation firm
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions and extensive writing experience
- Ability to handle complex cases
- Conduct legal research
- Make court appearances in courts in NYC and surrounding area
- Provide exemplary legal counsel and representation
- Delegate casework to legal support staff
- NY State Admission
- 5-10+ years of employment litigation (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong Writing Skills
- Ability to be on-site in NYC Financial District office 4 days a week
Experience with any or all of the following statutes is highly preferred:
