Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Position SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including title and survey review, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a collaborative team spirit.
Responsibilities- Support attorneys in all stages of commercial real estate transactions.
- Review and analyze title reports and surveys.
- Prepare and review closing documents.
- Manage and organize transaction files.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate as a paralegal.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Paralegal certificate.
