Family Law Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record handling sophisticated matrimonial matters for discerning clients.

• Minimum 3 years of family law practice
• Demonstrated experience representing high net worth individuals in divorce and family law matters
• Strong background in complex property division, including business valuations, real estate portfolios, and investment assets
• Expertise in analyzing and litigating complex financial issues, including forensic accounting, tax implications, and asset tracing
• Substantial experience with custody matters, including parenting time disputes and relocation cases
• Excellent negotiation and settlement skills
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with financial experts, including CPAs, forensic accountants, and business valuators
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Client-focused approach with sensitivity to the emotional aspects of family law

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$300,000 base annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
