Job Details
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in New York
7 + years of experience handling bankruptcy, restructuring and related complex commercial litigation (foreclosure, commercial fraud, securities disputes, unfair competition, employment, high-stakes, etc.)
Experience drafting, negotiating and having courtroom skills
Experience representing Chapter 11 debtors, trustees, secured lenders, private equity funds, hedge funds, landlords, tenants, creditors, and other stakeholders in a broad range of bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
