Our client, a leading management-side labor and employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its New York office
. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with substantial employment litigation experience who is looking to work on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base in a fast-paced, nationally recognized practice. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the chance to work alongside seasoned practitioners handling complex and high-stakes employment matters.

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing
• 5–7 years of substantive labor and employment law experience
• Significant experience in employment litigation
  , including matters in state and federal courts
• Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants
• Experience preparing and negotiating employment agreements
  , including executive compensation provisions
  , strongly preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters
  , from inception through resolution
• Advise employers on complex workplace law issues
  , including employee relations, compliance, and risk management
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and executive compensation provisions
• Represent clients in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic, practical solutions tailored to client needs
