Trademark Attorney

Our client is a top firm, seeking an associate in JD class years  for its premier Intellectual Property Group in New York, Los Angeles, or Miami. The salary range for this role is between $215k to $250k.

• 2-4 years of U.S, and foreign trademark experience, including clearance, counseling, and prosecution.
• Substantial experience in reviewing search reports and preparing assessments for trademark use and registrations.
• Experience with due diligence acquisitions and divestitures.
• Copyright prosecution experience is a plus.
• Excellent writing, communication, and research skills; team focused.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
