Position OverviewSupport healthcare attorneys and executives with regulatory research, dispute resolution, and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to CMS, OIG, and managed care requirements while facilitating payer appeals and investigations.

- Job qualifications & certifications:
- Paralegal certificate required
- 2+ years of healthcare regulatory experience
- Familiarity with CMS, OIG, and managed care rules
- Must have healthcare-related legal experience.
- Skills:
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Assist with legal research on healthcare regulations and payer rules
- Draft documents for appeals, disputes, and regulatory responses
- Prepare case files and maintain documentation
- Support attorneys during investigations or audits
- Track regulatory changes and prepare summaries
- None or minimal; primarily office‑based
