Personal Injury Attorney

Our client is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Associate to join their growing litigation team in Port Washington, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex plaintiff-side injury matters while collaborating with experienced trial attorneys handling high-value cases involving catastrophic injury, product liability, and negligence.

Our client has earned national recognition for recovering over $2B+ for injury victims and handling complex cases involving defective products, catastrophic injuries, and major accident litigation.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and catastrophic injury claims.
• Communicate directly with clients, represent them in depositions and hearings, and advocate for their interests throughout litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and conduct legal research to support case strategy.
• Participate in settlement discussions and negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for injured clients.

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• License: Active license to practice law in New York.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred. The firm is flexible and open to candidates with additional experience levels.

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
