Tax Associate at Boutique Law Firm

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working directly with a partner of an international law firm who is seeking tax talent. Please find the details below:

• You will advise on the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border financings, restructurings, reorganizations, and spinoffs
• This group is collegial, collaborative, and down-to-earth
• The firm hires with the intent of elevating associates to partner – partnership discussions are held at around the 7th/8th year
• Associates annualize  hours
• Cravath compensation
• Hybrid arrangement
• Prior tax experience at a law firm as an attorney is required
