Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Litigation Paralegal. Commercial litigation experience is a MUST.
Hours 9-5 and approximately 10 hours of overtime per month.
- At least five years experience as a litigation paralegal
- Experience with Net Documents document management is required
- Experience with billing software, including Timeslov
- Experience with e-discovery platforms
- Extensive experience with electronic court filings in NY Supreme Court on NYSEF and Federal Court on Pacer
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
- Ability to create tables of authority and tables of content
- Extensive proficiency in word
- Understanding of service of process and can direct process servers
- Experience in conducting legal research on Westlaw
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
