Job Details
- 1. Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duty, contract disputes, and commercial mortgage foreclosure.
- 2. Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
- 3. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- 4. Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on complex commercial litigation matters.
- 5. Work collaboratively with a team of skilled attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
- 6. Participate in client meetings and provide regular case updates.
- 7. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
- 8. Continually stay updated with changes in the law and industry trends to provide accurate advice to clients.
- 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (graduated between ).
- 2. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- 3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate litigation matters.
- 4. Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
- 5. Proven experience in drafting legal documents and representing clients in court.
- 6. Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
- 7. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- 8. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 9. A team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
