Coda Search is partnering with a prestigious law firm with offices located in midtown Manhattan.
The firm is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager who will work closely with senior leadership and practice group leaders. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills who can work closely with partners and business development professionals to develop and implement effective pricing strategies to drive financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with partners, business development teams, and senior leaders to develop and execute pricing strategies that align with the firm’s financial objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on budgeting, fee arrangements, and pricing structures.
- Support the development of competitive fee arrangements and rate strategies.
- Create and manage various tools to guide pricing decisions across each practice group.
- Mentor, supervise, and manage a small team of direct reports.
- Implement strategic process improvements working closely with senior leadership and various internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance, preparing reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
- Prior experience in law firm pricing—developing pricing strategies and fee arrangements.
- Experience supervising a small team and guiding direct reports.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with partners, attorneys, and senior leaders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling) and experience with legal billing or accounting systems preferred.
