The New York office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join the Restructuring & Insolvency group, focusing on workout and enforcement of commercial real estate loans. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of NY State and Federal court real estate and mortgage foreclosure litigation experience. Transactional workout or bankruptcy experience preferred, but not necessary. Although focused on distressed commercial real estate matters, the candidate will be joining a broad and diverse creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and insolvency practice and can expect to receive experience across the full range of matters handled by the group.

$235,000- $365,000 This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
