This is a seat on a nationally recognized corporate trust team, not a supporting role buried in a large-firm associate pool. You'll work directly with indenture trustees, agents, and financial institution clients on public and private debt and loan transactions, with exposure to private credit and direct lending deals alongside a team that regularly handles complex restructurings and default-side matters.
