Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocacy and committed to making a meaningful impact on clients' lives. This role involves handling sophisticated employment law matters and working alongside accomplished colleagues.
Duties- Manage cases from pre‑litigation to litigation.
- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Guide clients through the case process.
- Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the state bar where based.
- Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.)
