A leading international law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate with 2–4 years’ experience to join its highly regarded White Collar & Investigations practice in New York.

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Conducting internal investigations and responding to government inquiries
• Interacting with criminal and civil regulatory authorities
• Assisting with complex commercial litigation
• Advising on matters involving securities, commodities and financial transactions
• Supporting clients on sensitive and high-stakes investigations and disputes

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Experience in white collar, investigations and/or complex commercial litigation
• Federal court clerkship experience and/or large law firm experience strongly preferred
• A degree from a top-tier US law school
• Strong academic credentials
• Law review, moot court or journal experience
