Building Supply Hardware Buyer

Job Description

Mensch Supply, a fast-paced building materials and hardware supplier, is seeking an experienced Hardware Buyer to join our team. This is a key role responsible for organizing and establishing a consistent procurement program to support our growing operations.

• Manage and procure millions in hardware inventory
• Organize and analyze purchasing needs to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships
• Implement and oversee a structured procurement program
• Utilize ECI Spruce Computer Systems (knowledge of this system is a plus)

• Proven experience as a hardware buyer or in a similar procurement role
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage large-scale inventory purchasing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with ECI Spruce Computer Systems preferred

• Full-time, in-store role (Monday–Friday)
• Competitive compensation package starting at $75,000 (based on experience)
