Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $19.33 / hour. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate’s education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Our Casual Drivers are responsible for delivering some of the world's best‑known brands to accounts in the local area.

This position comes with the opportunity to earn a CDL

A.

• Drive commercial delivery trucks, vans, and/or tractor‑trailer combinations to deliver product to retail accounts
• Manually load and unload product from the truck
• Deliver and rotate products in retail accounts
• Build strong relationships with retailers by delivering products in a timely and efficient manner and rotating products as necessary to ensure freshness
• Complete and submit all required paperwork, invoices, display forms, load sheets, and cash/checks within the appropriate time frames
• Ensure accurate completion of the Department of Transportation checklist and report maintenance problems and accidents on time
• Collect payment for the product as required. Balance invoices with checks, cash, etc., at the end of the day
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• 18 years of age
• Class A CDL license preferred but not required
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, potentially including weekends and/or holidays

• Able to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 48 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
