Data Center Logistics & Asset Lead; L3

Experts Group International is partnering with a leading AI infrastructure organisation to recruit an experienced Data Center Logistics & Asset Lead (L3) to support hyper-scale data center operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for professionals who excel in managing inventory, logistics, and asset life cycles within mission-critical environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain comprehensive asset tracking from receipt through decommissioning, including tagging, labeling, and accurate data entry
• Manage the receiving and shipping of equipment, components, and materials — verifying quantities, inspecting for damage, and updating tracking systems in real-time
• Perform regular audits and physical inventory counts to ensure 99%+ accuracy and proactively resolve shortages
• Fulfil parts requests for technicians and engineers efficiently and maintain well-organized staging areas
• Interface with vendors to process RMAs, warranty claims, and equipment replacements
• Generate inventory reports, performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain — ideally in tech or manufacturing
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools for reporting
• Experience with inventory management systems and asset tracking databases
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of data centre hardware (servers, networking, storage) is a plus
