Key Responsibilities- Work Order Packet Creation:
- Compile and assemble all necessary engineering and production documentation for manufacturing work orders.
- Ensure packets include current revisions of drawings, BOMs, and routings.
- Data Management & Documentation Control:
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of work orders and supporting materials.
- Archive completed work orders, receiving tickets, and shipping pick tickets according to company policy.
- Systems Management:
- Update and manage ERP/MRP systems to track work order status.
- Cross-Functional Communication:
- Act as a liaison between supply chain, production teams, and other departments to ensure work orders reflect current priorities.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented team player who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Education & Experience- 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or similar administrative roles, ideally within manufacturing or related industries.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, documentation, and ERP/MRP systems such as Intuitive, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Understanding of production workflows and supply chain processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments and meet competing deadlines.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing bottlenecks.
- Adaptable, flexible, and responsive to changing priorities.

- Flexibility that works: 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
