Supply Chain Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to join their team. As a Supply Chain Associate, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting various team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Support inventory management, forecasting, and planning activities
• Manage order processing and credit management tasks
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Assist with assembly and other supply chain generalist tasks
• Contribute to special projects and process optimization efforts

• Recent graduation with a Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last 12 months
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and confidentiality
• Flexibility to work in New York and New Jersey
