Supply Chain & Logistics Intern — Roller Rabbit Position Overview

The Supply Chain & Logistics Intern will support the Operations team in managing day‑to‑day supply chain, logistics, and operational processes across the business. This internship provides hands‑on experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, ERP systems, warehouse operations, and cross‑functional communication within a fast‑paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, eager to learn operational systems, and interested in gaining experience in supply chain and logistics within the retail and ecommerce industry.

Must be eligible for summer 2026 credit.

Must be located in the NY/NJ area.

Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Logistics Support
  • Assist with tracking inbound shipments from factories to warehouse receipt
  • Support supply chain coordination including shipment updates, inventory tracking, and supply management
  • Help monitor the movement of goods from production through fulfillment
  • Assist in communicating with carriers, freight partners, and logistics vendors
ERP & Systems Support
  • Support data entry and transaction processing within Net Suite or related ERP systems
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records, purchase orders, and operational data
Warehouse & 3PL Coordination
  • Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse teams and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners
  • Help ensure accurate product receiving, storage, and distribution processes
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with teams across production, merchandising, finance, and ecommerce
  • Support communication between departments to ensure operational alignment
Data & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate operational reports using Excel and internal systems
  • Track basic KPIs related to inventory, fulfillment, and logistics performance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, ecommerce, or retail operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Net Suite or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous internship or relevant coursework in operations or logistics is a plus.
