Aimé Leon Dore is looking for an Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain to join our team in New York, New York, reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager. This position will support day-to-day Supply Chain operations across inventory, archive management, and wholesale execution. This role is highly detail-oriented and hands‑on, focused on maintaining accuracy across systems while supporting broader operational workflows.
This position works closely with Operations, Design, and Logistics teams to ensure product and inventory data is accurate, organized, and aligned across channels.
Duties and Responsibilities- Archive Operations
- Maintain the physical and digital organization of the product archive
- Support intake, labeling, and documentation of seasonal and archived styles
- Manage archive pulls and returns for internal teams
- Maintain tracking logs to ensure accountability and visibility
- Support periodic audits and archive clean‑up initiatives
- Inventory Management & Control
- Assist with day‑to‑day inventory accuracy across systems
- Support discrepancy investigations and data formatting
- Maintain routine reporting on inventory health for senior review
- Assist with cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory clean‑up
- Prepare and execute inventory uploads and transfers for product launches
- Wholesale & International Operations
- Support wholesale and international inventory tracking and reporting
- Assist with order management and documentation in ERP systems
- Track international shipments and review shipping documentation
- Monitor returns, damages, and inventory movements across channels
- Systems & Process Support
- Execute data uploads and maintenance in ERP systems
- Support testing of system updates and integrations
- Identify process inefficiencies and elevate opportunities for improvement
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SQL a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and follow‑through
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
