What You Will DoAs Supply Chain Administrator (United States) you will assist the supply chain in an administrative capacity to assure operational excellence in collaboration with our US 3PL partner, Bergen Logistics. This position is based at Acne Studios’ New York office and occasionally on‑site at our third‑party warehouse in North Bergen, New Jersey. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager US.
- Ensure our warehouse partner delivers and fulfills objectives and directions while working proactively to maintain the highest operational standards at all times
- Announce deliveries and manage daily inbound flow to third‑party warehouse
- Audit invoices and customs duty and tax bills and assist with documentation
- Collect, analyze and report on inbound KPI’s
- Assist with supply‑chain development projects in general and improvement projects for the US market
- Assist the Wholesale, Retail and E‑commerce teams at New York office in delivery related matters

Qualifications- Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving skills
- Proactive, action‑oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- 1–2 years relevant work experience in supply chain, logistics, preferably fashion or similar
- Strong Excel skills
- Coursework in supply chain & logistics is preferred
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken
The compensation range is $52,000 – $57,000, plus company benefits. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skill and internal alignment.
