CONTRACT!! ON SITE FOUR DAYS!
We’re partnering with an innovative healthcare organization to find a Distribution Operations Coordinator to support critical supply chain and customer operations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily distribution and inventory activities
- Track shipments and resolve order‑related issues
- Manage returns and replacement processes
- Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of product inquiries
- Support cross‑functional projects and process improvements
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with operational procedures
- Has 4+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, operations, or customer support
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Is comfortable working independently and adapting to changing priorities
- Has strong communication and organizational skills
- Holds a bachelor’s degree
