Embrava is a workplace technology company building hardware and software that helps people work better together. Best known for our Blynclight and Desk/Room Sign products, we serve customers across the globe from our offices in the US, UK, and Australia. As we scale, we're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to strengthen and streamline the operations that get our products into customers' hands.

The Role

We're seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing and manufacturing through inventory, logistics, and fulfillment. You'll work cross-functionally with operations, finance, product, and our global manufacturing partners to ensure we deliver the right products, at the right time, at the right cost. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building scalable processes in a growing hardware business.

What

You'll Do
  • Manage relationships with manufacturing partners, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers across multiple regions
  • Oversee demand planning and forecasting to balance inventory levels against sales projections and lead times
  • Optimize procurement processes, negotiate supplier contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipping, customs, and freight management
  • Monitor inventory across warehouses and fulfillment centers to minimize stockouts and excess
  • Track and report on key supply chain metrics such as on-time delivery, cost per unit, and inventory turnover
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, building contingency plans for disruptions
  • Partner with finance on landed cost analysis, budgeting, and inventory accounting
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, fulfillment, and distribution
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of supply chain or operations experience, ideally in consumer hardware, electronics, or a product-based business
  • Proven track record managing supplier and manufacturing relationships, including overseas partners
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics
  • Experience with international shipping, customs, and freight forwarding
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and supply chain or ERP systems
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Nice to Have
  • Experience scaling supply chain operations in a startup or high-growth company
  • Familiarity with global trade compliance and multi-region distribution
  • Background working across US, UK, and APAC markets
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • The opportunity to shape supply chain strategy at a growing global company
  • A collaborative team that values initiative and ownership
