Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to manage shipping activities across all lines of business, both domestic and international, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery.

• Track purchase orders and coordinate shipping from suppliers to multiple global locations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, third‑party distributors, and external parties to ensure product arrives on time and at the best possible cost.
• Ensure all shipments comply with interstate and international traffic laws and regulations.
• Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages.
• Monitor production team open purchase orders to ensure timely receiving of goods.

• 2 to 4 years of shipping and logistics experience.
• Familiarity with freight, UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL, domestically and internationally.
• Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑ and deadline‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive work attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the entertainment and/or music industries an advantage.
