Operations Associate (Supply Chain & Quality)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. This role will support critical operations across supply chain and quality — helping us stay compliant, move product efficiently, and maintain high standards.

The ideal candidate is smart, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in CPG operations while working closely with experienced leaders across supply chain and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management Support

• Monitor aging inventory and track product movement across multiple 3PLs.
• Ensure compliance with FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) processes.
• Partner with logistics to coordinate transfers and manage stock positioning.

Supply Chain Documentation

• Maintain ingredient documentation and ensure all product specs are current.
• Support vendor communication regarding compliance and ingredient changes.
• Assist with new item setup, ensuring systems, specs, and data are accurate.

Regulatory & Certifications

• Track and maintain regulatory certifications (e.g., Gluten Free, Non-GMO).
• Ensure documentation is organized and up to date for audits or reviews.

Quality Support

• Assist with QC checks, sampling, and tracking production quality data.
• Help escalate and resolve quality issues with suppliers or co-manufacturers.

Packaging & Labeling

• Support packaging development by proofing artwork, labels, and dielines.
• Manage and update Nutrition Facts Panels (NFPs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and suppliers to ensure packaging meets regulatory and brand standards.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in CPG, food & beverage, or supply chain operations.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with data.
• Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Excited to grind, hustle, and learn in a startup environment.
• Adaptable — willing to jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
