We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑driven professional to oversee facilities operations, vendor coordination, and systems compliance across our restaurants. This role is essential to maintaining structure, accountability, and consistency in daily operations.

This position offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 AM
—a major advantage for candidates seeking stable, daytime hours with minimal nights, weekends, or holiday work

- Oversee FOH and BOH repair and maintenance to support seamless operations
- Manage service contracts and act as the primary point of contact for vendors
- Maintain consistent follow‑up to ensure timely completion and quality of vendor work
- Hold vendors accountable to performance expectations and company standards
- Ensure all operational systems and processes are followed consistently
- Enforce company standards across facilities, purchasing, and compliance areas
- Monitor and address gaps in execution with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach
- Uphold and support DOH compliance requirements
- Act as a key driver of accountability and consistency across the organization
- Oversee purchasing of food items, bar consumables, linens, and service ware
- Ensure purchasing aligns with company systems, budgets, and operational needs

- 2–3 years of related experience preferred, especially in high‑volume environments
- NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene certification preferred
- Strong proficiency with email, Excel, Slack, and purchasing systems
- Basic understanding of repairs and ability to troubleshoot issues

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to move throughout restaurant spaces during shifts
