Supply Chain Analyst

Job Title

Job Description:

Cost responsible for PCBA supply chain topics. Primarily with our EMS, but also with distributors, component manufacturers and other suppliers

RFI, RFQ and price negotiations with EMS, distributors, component manufacturers and other suppliers

Daily coordination with internal and external partners for all matters related to cost, price and invoice issues

Sourcing for new suppliers to improve supply chain resilience, variability and cost

Supplier relationship management and supplier development for EMS, distributors, component manufacturers as well as other suppliers

Collaboration with development teams for second source development to improve supply chain resilience, variability and cost

Analysis of supply chain cost to create better understanding of cost drivers

Responsible for maintaining, improving and developing new systems and processes for cost and direct purchasing

Support of planning, NPI and other teams in other PCBA supply chain tasks

Participation and management of supply chain projects

Requirements/

Qualifications:

BS or MS degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or a similar field

Minimum of 8 years of experience with PCBA procurement/sourcing/cost management

Must have a good understanding of PCBA and EMS supply chains as well as the industry with the ability to identify and develop strategic needs.

Broad supplier network within the distributor and component manufacturer world.

Strong analytical capabilities with the drive to develop, analyze and understand data to initiate strategic initiatives.

Strong negotiator with experience in driving cost-down, initiating RFI, RFQ and other sourcing activities

Ability to build and maintain strong networks.

Proactive, dynamic and well-organized personality with the drive to grow and improve personally as well as professionally.

Excellent communication skills, with a track record of working independently in an international environment and with cross-functional teams.
