Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000+ / Year DOE

• Manage air export shipments from origin to destination
• Coordinate shipment documentation and logistics activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Provide proactive updates and maintain strong client communication
• Resolve shipment issues and customer concerns
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage billing and shipment‑related administrative tasks
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure on‑time delivery
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

• 3+ years of air export logistics coordination experience
• Experience working within freight forwarding or logistics environments
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

• Magaya experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Additional freight forwarding or logistics software experience

• 50% healthcare coverage, typically costing the employee about $400/month
• 401k eligibility after one year with potential company contributions
• PTO policy providing 5 days after 6 months and an additional 8 days on the anniversary
