We're partnering with a rapidly expanding consumer products company that is scaling nationwide and looking for a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to become a key member of its Supply Chain and Operations team.
About the JobThis role sits at the intersection of operations, planning, inventory, and analytics. You'll help ensure products are manufactured, tracked, and delivered efficiently while supporting leadership with data‑driven insights.
Responsibilities- Partnering with operations leadership to coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities
- Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential shortages or bottlenecks before they become issues
- Tracking supplier and purchase order progress to keep projects moving on schedule
- Assisting with forecasting and planning initiatives to support business growth
- Developing reports and analyzing operational data to improve decision‑making
- Collaborating with Finance and Supply Chain teams to optimize processes and build scalable solutions
- Supporting new product launches from an operational standpoint
- 1‑3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, or a related analytical role
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with the ability to work comfortably with data
- Experience determining purchase order timing based on inventory, demand, and lead times
- Ability to respond to supplier shortages and implement alternative supply solutions
- Experience evaluating factors that impact product launch readiness and timing
- Ability to resolve production issues and minimize operational disruptions
- Experience balancing inventory levels to support production and customer demand
- Strong problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Consumer Products (CPG), Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Distribution experience
- ERP system exposure (Net Suite or similar)
- Experience with inventory analysis, forecasting, production scheduling, or operational reporting

- Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 with potential for additional incentive for exceptional candidates
This is an onsite New York City opportunity with one work‑from‑home day per week. Remote candidates will not be considered. Candidates must already live in or be looking to specifically relocate to the NYC area.
