What you'll do
  • Be a Team Member

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and remain flexible to support the business in other areas.

    :
    Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food‑safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product layout execution.
  • Be a Techie
    :
    Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for real‑time decisions on production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
  • Be an Owner
    :
    Drive performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador
    :
    Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others in a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these principles to business processes and practices.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Food Safety Certification or Food Service certification.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
  • Knowledge of food‑safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
