The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing logistics operations for a newly established urban bus parts distribution center. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced startup environment.

• Lead all warehouse and distribution operations: receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping.
• Manage frontline teams and ensure execution of operational strategies and KPIs.
• Ensure on‑time delivery and compliance with contractual service levels.
• Act as primary operational contact for clients and manage exceptions.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and safety compliance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or operations management, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and 3PL best practices.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Experience in startup or operational launch environments is an asset.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
