Revenue Maximization Logistics Manager

The Revenue Maximization Logistics Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end logistics strategies that directly enable revenue acceleration, on-time delivery, and cost optimization. The role ensures logistics operations align with revenue recognition timelines, customer demand, and business priorities through optimized shipment execution, customs clearance, and network resilience.

This position plays a critical role in supporting quarterly revenue ramp, last-mile execution, and global supply chain responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive logistics execution aligned with revenue cutoff timelines (e.g., SAB
    104 compliance)
  • Ensure 100% shipment readiness for revenue-critical orders
  • Prioritize and manage urgent / last-minute shipments to meet revenue pull-in requirements
  • Monitor aging orders and resolve bottlenecks impacting shipment release
  • Develop and implement shipment prioritization models (e.g., smart ship method selection)
  • Optimize:
    • Transportation modes and routing
    • Warehouse throughput and processing capacity
    • Regional hub utilization and cross-dock strategies
  • Drive reduction of non-optimal shipping methods (e.g., "Best Way" usage)
  • Accelerate customs clearance through:
    • AEO benefits utilization
    • Pre-clearance and documentation readiness
  • Minimize delays due to regulatory or documentation gaps
  • Partner with customs and procurement teams to ensure compliance readiness
  • Secure logistics capacity (air, ocean, multimodal) to support demand spikes.
  • Define alternate routing strategies for geopolitical disruptions
  • Scale warehouse and staging capacity to support peak volume
  • Balance premium freight vs revenue urgency
  • Optimize logistics cost while protecting revenue realization
  • Lead initiatives to improve cost efficiency and margin contribution
  • Use dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor:
    • Shipment TAT
    • Order aging
    • Revenue-at-risk
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
Logistics Operations Superuser

The Logistics Operations Superuser serves as the primary system and process expert for logistics and warehouse operations. The role ensures system stability, user adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement across platforms such as Oracle EBS, OTM, GTM, and SDC.

Acts as the bridge between Operations, IT, and Program teams to ensure systems fully support business execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for operations system issues
  • Perform troubleshooting and identify:
    • System defects
    • Configuration issues
    • User/process gaps
  • Escalate issues with structured problem statements and tracking
  • Develop SOPs, job aids, and best practices
  • Train users to ensure consistent and correct system usage
  • Identify and close training gaps across operations
  • Represent operations in system discussions and projects
  • Provide input on:
    • Workflow feasibility
    • Operational risks
    • Compliance requirements
  • Ensure system design aligns with real-world operations
  • Evaluate system enhancement requests
  • Ensure changes deliver:
    • Productivity improvement
    • Process simplification
    • Automation benefits
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements
  • Lead/support UAT activities for system changes
  • Validate:
    • Business requirements are met
    • No downstream operational impact
  • Coordinate stakeholder sign-offs before go-live
  • Drive:
    • Automation adoption (e.g., fast scan, RFID)
    • Reduction in manual work
    • Standardization across MY operations
  • Promote Lean and continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–7+ years in logistics / supply chain operations (preferably global environment)
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Transportation management (OTM)
    • Trade compliance (GTM)
    • Warehouse operations
  • Proven experience in revenue ramp / critical shipment management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Lean / Six Sigma / process optimization
  • Strong stakeholder management across global teams and LSPs
