Located in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Pay: $17 an hour.
Shift: Multiple available.
Job DescriptionThe Inbound Professional is responsible for picking and packing grocery items and other goods. This role involves scanning items for order completion and ensuring the customer’s goods are well protected. No previous experience is required for this position.
Responsibilities- Pick and pack grocery items and other goods efficiently.
- Scan items for order completion and accuracy.
- Ensure customer goods are well protected during packing and shipping.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety within the department.
- Perform quality audits on products.
- Maintain excellent safety, quality, cleanliness, and productivity standards.
- Assist other team members as needed to maintain a team player mentality.
- Ability to count and scan items accurately.
- Experience in shipping and receiving, inventory, and stocking.
- Comfortable working in cold environments for extended periods.
- Experience with fresh produce handling.
- Proficiency with scanning equipment.
- Strong customer service skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in stock or inventory roles.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, and reach for long periods.
- Hand use skills: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Comfortable with exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
- Required to wear oil and slip-resistant shoes.
This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
