Our demand forecast drives decisions across network orchestration, transportation and linehaul planning, labor planning, capacity, and driver marketplace clearing. It is the foundation of how Veho's network operates.

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product layer around forecasting and planning. This is not a pure Data Science role and it is not an analytics role. Your job is to turn messy business signals into trusted planning inputs, close the loop between forecast and actuals, and ensure forecast updates flow into the operational tools that depend on them.

Today, many demand signals still move through human workflows and inconsistent handoffs. We are moving Veho from human‑mediated planning to a structured planning system. You will partner with Data Science to improve forecast quality, with Operations and Finance to improve planning reliability, and with Engineering and Product to integrate forecast outputs into the systems that run the business.

This role offers a deliberate two‑stage trajectory. The first six months is about building the end‑to‑end product rails: structured inputs, automated reporting, downstream integrations, and a closed feedback loop. The next six months are about taking full business ownership of forecast quality across Veho's network. You own the metric that determines whether our planning system works.

This is a high‑ownership individual contributor role reporting to the Director level product leader.

• Own the roadmap. Set the vision and priorities for Veho's forecasting and planning systems.

• Build the input engine. Replace ad hoc planning workflows with validated, auditable, high‑adoption tools used by Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Transportation, and Ground Operations. Capture off‑cycle changes, client ramps, finance assumptions, market signals, and operational feedback in structured form.

• Close the feedback loop. Partner with Data Science to categorize forecast error drivers, accelerate model improvement cycles, and productize forecast accuracy reporting across geography, client, time horizon, and operational segment.

• Drive downstream execution. Push forecast updates and alerts into transportation planning, labor planning, capacity planning, and network orchestration systems. Define escalation workflows so teams can act before forecast error becomes operational failure.

• Run the cadence. Own the cross‑functional forecasting working group, including decisions, owners, follow‑through, and accountability.

• Ship fast. Use data, SQL, prototypes, and AI tools to move quickly and sharpen product requirements, then partner with Engineering and Data Science to product ionize the right solutions.

• Five or more years of product management experience, including ownership of a data‑heavy product used by cross‑functional business or operations teams.
