US FOODS® DRIVER CHECK-IN CLERK

Located in Lexington, SC.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Days and hours may change based on business needs.

Compensation: $14.66–$24.43 per hour, plus overtime as applicable.

• Verify returned product for accurate reason codes (mispicks, driver shorts, refusals) to ensure accounting reports reflect accurate data.
• Verify returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity.
• Process all documents (paper and digital) associated with returns and adjustments to customer orders to ensure inventory accuracy and customer invoice accuracy.
• Inspect returned product for appropriate disposition (saleable, damage/recuperation, damage/out‑of‑code dumps, etc.) and ensure proper coding is applied.
• Execute end‑of‑day processes and reports, researching and addressing all discrepancies.
• Return saleable product to pick slot where allowed.
• Work with drivers and transportation supervisors to address any issues, provide training/retraining and process improvement opportunities.

• Day Warehouse Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience with warehouse and delivery procedures.
• Strong math, communication (written and verbal), organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to be a resource to others in the division.

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 20 lb. Must operate a computer and perform filing.
