Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Distribution Planning Manager who will be instrumental in overseeing distribution strategies and execution across the Americas market for Hard-sided Leather Goods and Home & Lifestyle
. This pivotal role requires close collaboration with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics and Retail teams to optimize inventory and support the successful launches and ongoing performance of existing product lines, new collections, and exclusive high‑end events.
This leader will ensure a balanced approach that aligns distribution strategy with both commercial objectives and overall business performance. You will be reporting to the Sr. Manager‑ Supply Chain - Les Extraordinaires.
Responsibilities Distribution Management (Cross‑Functional)- Coordinate distribution processes in close collaboration with Merchandising, Logistics, Repair centers and HQ Supply Chain for both existing and new products.
- Monitor order and stock target fulfillment to maximize sales and provide clear visibility to Retail stores and Merchandising.
- Communicate and support retail teams to optimize sales and manage inventory cross‑activities.
- Manage the end‑to‑end supply chain for High‑End events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Continuously monitor sales performance to proactively optimize stock levels and reach targeted coverage (rebalancing, offer, overstock management) in our retail network.
- Collaborate with repair center teams to create and implement strategies that enhance product repairability and marketability, ultimately increasing operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement initiatives to support processes optimization and reduce lead times across the supply chain.
- Design, develop, and maintain tools, dashboards, and KPIs to support daily operations and drive informed decision‑making.
- Leverage tools/databases such as Power BI, SQL, and other programming languages for continuous improvement
- 3‑5+ years of progressive experience
in data analysis, supply chain management, and distribution, with a proven track record of optimizing complex processes. - Strong proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
, including advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. - Demonstrated problem‑solving skills
with a keen eye for continuous improvement and process optimization in fast‑paced, high‑value environments. - Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross‑functional teams and present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $110,000–$130,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long‑term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans, both with employer contributions.
