Job SummaryIn this position, you will own our EDI operations and outbound routing logistics. You will manage inbound retail EDI 850 Purchase Orders, transmit outbound EDI 856 ASNs and 810 Invoices, secure shipment routing, prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinate closely with our warehouse to ensure orders ship accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities EDI Operations & Partner Onboarding- Onboard and set up new retail trading partners, managing end-to-end connectivity testing.
- Set up and maintain product styles within UPC catalogs and Data Pools.
- Process incoming retailer EDI 850 Purchase Orders and EDI 860 Order Changes.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to handle order corrections and shipping extensions as needed.
- Transmit critical outgoing compliance documents, specifically EDI 856 ASNs and EDI 810 Invoices.
- Allocate pick tickets and transmit clear fulfillment instructions to the warehouse team.
- Thoroughly review customer routing guides to guarantee absolute vendor compliance.
- Route retail orders for shipment according to specific carrier and window requirements.
- Prepare and finalize accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) for freight pickups.
- Maintain daily communication with the warehouse to ensure strict adherence to shipping deadlines.
- Industry Focus: A minimum of 5 years of EDI and retail routing experience working for a fashion or apparel company.
- EDI Literacy:
Solid mastery of transaction sets 850, 860, 856, and 810. - Excel
Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing styles, UPC data sheets, and order logs.

Extreme attention to detail and highly organized workflow to prevent vendor compliance chargebacks. - Autonomy:
