Noatum Logistics is seeking an experienced Air or Ocean Specialist II to support air and ocean import operations, customs compliance, customer service, shipment tracking, and end-to-end freight management.
What You'll Do:- Manage international import shipments from origin to delivery
- Ensure customs and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with carriers, brokers, customers, and global partners
- Handle shipment documentation, billing, and milestone tracking
- Support key customer accounts and complex import operations
- Build strong relationships with clients and logistics partners
- Import operations experience within freight forwarding
- Knowledge of air and ocean import processes and regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Cargo Wise (preferred)
- 5+ years of import logistics experience (preferred)
