Inventory Planning Manager

• Analyze inventory levels to identify if goods need to be purchased
• Balance inventory needs in a multi‑branch, multi‑distribution center environment
• Ensure inventory levels align with sales and expected growth goals
• Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Create and communicate purchase orders to our domestic and international vendor partners
• Coordinate purchase orders with vendor partners and maintain accurate estimated delivery information
• Expedite open purchase orders as needed to avoid stock outages
• Provide periodic updates to the vendor pricing file in the computer system

• Prepare inventory reports that provide an overview of the product line from a vendor
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement of inventory management processes
• Update ERP system related to product details
• Collaborate with the product management team related to new and existing products; resolve sourcing, pricing, and quality issues
• Complete other ad‑hoc duties as required

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
