Job Summary:
The Supply & Facilities Coordinator supports supply distribution and facility operations across clinical and non-clinical areas. This role is responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and linen while ensuring assigned areas remain safe, organized, and operational. The coordinator works closely with administrative and clinical leadership to support efficient patient care by managing inventory, coordinating with vendors and support departments, and maintaining supply areas in accordance with established standards and inventory levels.
The role also partners with Plant Operations, Facilities Management, Safety, Environmental Services, and other ancillary departments to ensure patient care areas, exam rooms, treatment areas, laboratories, waiting rooms, conference rooms, offices, and other assigned spaces are maintained in a clean, safe, and functional condition.
